Hey, There!
I’m Mo.
The inspiration behind this business is my mom who was the original caterer and queen of meal prep. Mom was an amazing cook and she loved food that was tasty. Preparing Sunday dinners was her love language! I have a heart for people and believe that inheriting my mother’s love language drives the passion behind what I do; motivating the continuance of helping people, especially seniors and those less fortunate.
It is these individuals who often have been those who paved the way for us and whose shoulders we stand on today. Often, they are the forgotten generation who live on a fixed income and possibly been abused, mistreated, or scammed, but on my watch the goal is to make sure they have been fed.

The three M’s… Mo’s Mobile Meals is synonymous with tasty food and FAMILY. My mother’s name was Mary (affectionately known as ‘Bae’), my sister’s name is also Mary, my niece is Micaela and I am Monique. So, the name of this company is a homage that I am paying to the women in my family. Mmm… that’s good!

Mo’s Mobile Meals is purposed to create healthy meals filled with love; not just for my customers, but also for those amongst us who are less fortunate.
Every month I organize an evening of outreach for our community where I cook and deliver meals – for no cost, to groups of people who need a good home cooked meal made with TLC.
There are thousands of souls, right here in SoCal who go hungry every night. I believe it doesn’t have to be this way and I am ready to make a difference!
